Wonderful
Rooms were large with good planning and layout. Hotel was very quiet with almost no foreign tourists. Hotel is located directly beside Gaiemmae Station, and in a quiet but stylish neighborhood. Having stayed in many hotels in the area, I'd say that this is my favorite one so far. Perfect for someone who is looking for a more relaxed hotel experience without hordes of loud tourists.
Amenities were a bit lacking (room service, gym), but otherwise fine.

The size of the room. The service of the staff. Just amazing.
Sounds from the street. The sounds are not load enough to prevent you from sleeping. But I would have liked not to hear the sounds every now and then. The suite could benefit of more light.

Big spacious room, the bed was three meters wide)) we loved super comfortable pajamas! Nice face care by Pola, body care by Molton Brown. Very good location - easy commute to everything. Very nice staff.
Coffee for breakfast was not good and there were no milk, 5 ml packs like on the plane only
